Description
Vendor Space registration is now available for the Dog Days of Summer 2024 presented by College Park Main Street, Saturday, June 29th from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.
To finalize your registration, we must have the following items on file by Friday, June 21st, 2024.
SUBMIT DOCUMENTS: Via your registration portfolio OR email to events@collegeparkmainstreet.com
1. Signed Hold Harmless/Indemnification paperwork (please see link below): Please sign, date, and return to the College Park Main Street Failure to sign/submit this paperwork will void your registration and deny access to the event.

2. Submission of Certificate of Insurance (COI), showing proof of liability coverage: Please submit your COI, naming College Park Main Street as an Additional Insured. Failure to submit proof of insurance/Additional Insured (COI) will void your registration and deny access to the event.
Once all items are received, College Park Main Street will send an email with a VENDOR PACKET including confirmation of your vendor space, and details for event day arrival time and specific check-in location (with driving map). We have two exciting vendor opportunities available for Dog Days of Summer:
- Marketplace Vendors: For a fee of $50, this option is tailored for retail businesses and local makers who sell consumer goods. It's perfect for those who want to showcase and sell their unique products directly to event-goers. Please note that this option is not intended for tabling solely for the purpose of handing out flyers and marketing materials.
- Food & Beverage Trucks: For a fee of $75, this option is ideal for food and beverage businesses looking to serve delicious treats and refreshing drinks to attendees. This ensures you have a the appropriate size spot within the footprint to meet the culinary needs of our lively crowd.

Vendor Check-In & Set-Up begins at 9:00 AM - NO early arrivals. Booth tear down is 2:00 PM; early tear down will deny entry to future events. Food Truck / Food Vendors must select/pay the correct registration level, and indicate need for electric. Vendor spaces are 10’ X 10’ with access to electricity; Vendor is responsible for providing extension cords, lighting, tent, fire extinguisher, decor, chairs, generators (quiet) etc. Non-food vendors may NOT give away or sell any food or drink products. ALL Vendors must check-in at the specific location and time that will be in the VENDOR PACKET emailed 5-7 days before the event.
